羅‧米洛‧杜奎特（Lon Milo DuQuette），於1948年生美國加州，早年曾踏入音樂界，當過歌手與唱片製作人。他是美國著名的神祕學研究者，出版過多本關於托特塔羅牌作者-克勞利之書籍，致力於探究克勞利豐富著作與爭議性的評價背後之真相，是目前公認最具權威的克勞利研究者。羅‧米洛‧杜奎特所涉獵之神祕學包含儀式魔法、召喚術、喀巴拉、預測學(塔羅、占星…等)、泰勒瑪，在這些領域中均有其代表著作。作者曾於1975年加入克勞利生前活耀之神秘組織：東方聖殿(Ordo Templi Orientis)，擔任組織內之高階人員至今。目前為專職作家，並在亞米茄整體醫療研究中心(Omega Institute for Holistic Studies)教授西洋魔法傳統。
